Mridula Pore
Co-Founder & CEO
Mridula has spent her career driving innovations in healthcare to make it more accessible and affordable. Most recently she has led commercial teams in the pharmaceuticals and digital health industries. Prior to that she was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. She has a PhD in chemical engineering from MIT and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Laura Carter-Penman
Director of Clinical Services
Laura oversees all practitioners and service delivery at Peppy, ensuring every user receives safe, high-quality, evidence-based care. A nurse since 1996, Laura has built a distinguished career across both NHS and private healthcare, with a strong focus on preventative, holistic support. Laura has contributed to education initiatives with the RCN and previously served as Chair and Member of SING.

SVP Growth
Danielle is a commercial leader dedicated to transforming women’s health. At Peppy, she applies her expertise in growth and innovation to help employers drive meaningful change in how specialised healthcare is delivered to their people.

Elisa Filarmonico
Head of Finance
Elisa is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant who brings nearly a decade of experience in senior finance roles across high-growth B2B SaaS and technology companies. She specialises in financial planning and analysis, having built and led & functions from the ground up to support both strategic and operational decision-making.

Nicole Navarre Girault
General Counsel
Nicole brings over a decade of legal leadership experience across healthcare, technology and global corporate environments. She specialises in corporate governance and navigating complex regulatory landscapes across borders, having built legal frameworks that drive organisational growth.

Aaron Barnett
Director of Lifestyle Care
Aaron is Peppy’s Director of Lifestyle Healthcare, with 15 years as a personal trainer and global fitness presenter. He’s studied Sport and Exercise Sciences and Applied Functional Science, and loves helping people improve their health through movement, especially alongside Peppy’s brilliant team and clinical services, where real impact happens.

Freda Cuffe
Lead Fertility and Women’s Health Practitioner
Freda brings over 20 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles. She has managed prestigious units across London and the South East, specialising in ultrasound, fertility preservation, and women's health. Passionate about empowering individuals with knowledge and support, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education.

Anne Howard
Deputy Director of Nursing
Anne has over 13 years’ experience in fertility nursing across the NHS and private sector, including senior roles at Care Fertility Birmingham. She is Deputy Chair of the RCN Fertility Nurse Forum, helping shape national training and education. Anne supports patients through their fertility journeys and specialises in hormonal health, PCOS and male fertility.

Bernadette Kilbane
Lead Men’s Health Practitioner
Bernadette is Peppy’s lead men’s health practitioner, with experience across urology, renal and gastroenterology medicine. She’s worked as both a research nurse and clinical nurse specialist, leading clinics for men with urinary and bladder issues. Passionate about access, she’s proud to support those who may not otherwise seek help.

Genevieve West
Lead Pregnancy & Parenthood Practitioner
Gen, an experienced midwife with over 14 years in diverse midwifery practice, has worked across high- and low-dependency obstetric units, maternity assessment units and midwifery-led centres. Since joining Peppy in 2022, she has embraced its mission to empower and support families.

Janet Wingfield
Lead Menopause Practitioner
Janet is a dedicated and experienced nurse, especially in her focus on supporting women through the menopausal transition. With over 40 years of clinical experience, including two decades in primary care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Peppy.
