I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 having studied at Kings College London University. I worked extensively both in the UK, for the NHS and in private practice, and abroad, having spent several skiing seasons as a Head Physiotherapist in Val D’Isere, France.
I am the Head Physiotherapist and co-owner of Brighton Physiotherapy Clinic.
I have extensive experience in the treatment of all musculoskeletal disorders and has completed postgraduate training in Women’s Health, acupuncture, manual therapy, female urinary dysfunction and advanced CPD in Modern Post Natal Assessment, Core Restore & Functional Exercise Programming.
I see clients anti-natally, post-natally, peri menopausal and menopausal women, women suffering from pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
I have close links with several fitness, yoga and pilates trainers throughout Brighton and Hove.
As well as running around after my 2 children, I enjoy pilates, yoga & zumba, as well as water sports & snowboarding (when I can!).
