You can follow this programme either live or via Skype, and as part of a small group of women or on a 1-1 basis.

On application, you will be asked to complete a pre screen questionnaire to ensure that I am the right professional for you

You will then meet with me face to face or online so that I can tailor the program to your needs depending on where you are on your journey

The program runs for 6 weeks and you will have contact with me once a week, either face to face or online

You may have homework to do depending on what’s needed for your recovery.

Everyone has a different experience to share and I pride myself on recognising that there is not a one size fits all approach to my program. Your journey will be personalised so you get the results you want and need

You will experience a sense of wellness and nurturing, and as a mum this is a wonderful way to feel. I wish this had been available to me 30 years ago !
