Service packages

Initial Consultation

I offer a private visit in the comfort of your own home, at a time to suit you.

My aim during a visit is to give you the opportunity to explore and discuss what’s been happening for you and your baby. We can then work together to address practical issues and help you to set realistic expectations of your baby and yourself. I will answer any questions you have throughout our time together. My goal is to leave you feeling more confident and better able to navigate your way through the jungle of conflicting information, which so many new parents find themselves lost in. I will leave you with a plan and strategies for a way forward, so that you can better achieve your breastfeeding and mothering goals.

Initial visits usually last 90 minutes. This allows time to find out what’s been happening for your new family, talk about what you’d like to achieve and work on this together. At the end of the visit we will agree a feeding plan for moving forward.

The fee is a flat rate and includes all travelling time and expenses.

Follow up visit

Subsequent visits offer an opportunity to review how the feeding plan has been working for you both, and to discuss any further options that you would like to explore or additional questions that you might have.

The fee is a flat rate and includes all travelling time and expenses.

Telephone and videocall consultations

If you would prefer a telephone discussion about your current situation, or are too far away for me to visit, I can sometimes able to offer consultations by telephone or videocall (Skype, FaceTime, Whatsapp etc).

These are charged at an initial £30 for up to 30 minutes and £15 per 15 minutes thereafter.

Additional 30 mins for home visit

Additional time for the home consultation is charged at £30 per half hour.

Additional 15 mins for telephone and videocall consultation

Additional time is charged at £15 for 15 mins

Testimonials

  • "This service is exactly what I needed. Our newborn was struggling to latch and I felt overwhelmed and low in confidence with breastfeeding. Out of desperation we were using formula to keep our little one happy. Anna got back to me very quickly and visited the following day. She was extremely reassuring and guided me through various positions that would work for me. She also made some wonderful suggestions to help our little one feel more relaxed moving forward. Worth every penny!"
