About me

I am an experienced women's health coach and holistic fitness instructor. My aim is to help you to Be the Best Body for Your Body. I am also a nurse & a Holistic Core Restore Coach in Surrey & I am passionate about helping you achieve your body goals.

Group classes & private sessions are available. I look forward to working with you.

How does it work?

In the first instance, do contact me to discuss what you're looking for. I do quite a detailed screening on all new clients to make sure you're safe to exercise with me. If I have any concerns, I may advise you to first consult a women's health physiotherapist.

Once we've done the screening, you can go ahead and book one of the packages I offer.

Holistic Core Restore® 121 sessions 6 weeks

Holistic Core Restore® Every Woman is a comprehensive programme designed for women at all stages (from pregnancy, through to postnatal and way beyond) who want to work on pelvic floor, core and overall health with a functional exercise programme. We also work on healing, nutrition and lifestyle, plus homework each week to enhance your progress.

The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.
The Holistic Core Restore® ‘Every Woman’ programme truly is a gift that keeps giving and one that EVERY WOMAN should give herself at least once in her lifetime! Ideally you will complete the 12 week programme to ensure that you are achieving the best possible results from this evidence based programme.

This course is all about you – the woman, the Mum, the person that holds it all together. I can 100% guarantee that you will feel stronger on the inside and out by committing yourself to working with me.

If you are ready to invest in your health and heal any pelvic floor dysfunction or stress incontinence issues then get in touch. If you’ve been told by your GP to ‘strengthen your pelvic floor’ and if you have been given the go ahead to exercise then this is the right time for you.

This service is for you if you want to know more about Pelvic Floor, Core and overall health. You have experienced the odd leak when jumping, running, laughing or sneezing & wants to strengthen your core.

Perhaps you think you may have a small diastasis (tummy separation) that you want to heal and lower back pain that is related to a ‘weak core’.

You may have seen a clinician about a low level prolapse and has been told to do pelvic floor exercises. In 6 or 12 weeks (depending on your chosen programme) with regular homework you’ll be feeling the differences with a stronger body, a better-looking tummy and of a stronger and better-functioning Pelvic Floor.

Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis bespoke private 3 session course

If you’ve had a baby, no matter how long ago and you have a Diastasis Recti or feel disconnected to your Core and/or Pelvic Floor then our Diastasis Healing is the programme you’ve been waiting for.

Healing a Diastasis Recti is a WHOLE BODY ISSUE, it’s not just about exercise, it’s not just about the woman’s belly and it’s not just about the gap! A deep assessment is required to start with then a programme that focusses on nutrition for healing, the woman’s breathing strategy and postural alignment, all need to be considered BEFORE we apply exercise and load.

In Holistic Core Restore® our role is to deeply guide you in a process that will improve the way your belly looks, feels and works, rid yourself of backpain, reconnect to your Pelvic Floor so that you both FEEL and FUNCTION better. Overall, we’re in the business of ‘bringing you back home to your body’!

This programme will help you connect the dots between your breathing, posture and possible backpain and Pelvic Floor dysfunction. The programme starts by getting the basics of posture and alignment timproved including soft-tissue work/remedial massage and to bring balance to your entire body.

It’s a multi-phase programme where the exercises are progressed. You’re provided with all the exercise kit you need plus our UNIQUE Client Education Booklet to help you really understand the process and the facts about Diastasis Recti.

The programme has a strong focus on HEALING NUTRITION TOO! 100% . We heal from the INSIDE OUT! And I have simple but highly effective strategies for helping you get the specific nutrients required to heal your Diastasis into your diet easily and without fuss.
