About me

I'm Nadia Edwards, holistic baby and child sleep coach, based in Dunfermline, Fife, helping exhausted and overwhelmed parents get back to parenting confidence all over Scotland and the UK​​​​​.

Five years ago, I was having horrendous sleep issues with Reuben (my second child) and was suffering from PND and felt out of control, unable to parent the way I did with my Daughter or how I imagined, it was like I was doing something wrong. I couldn't understand why my son WOULDN'T sleep, I spent hours every day pounding the streets with him in a sling or pram to try and give him some rest, he was a miserable baby - turns out he had food allergies, cows milk protein allergy (CMPA) was the main issue for him.

​I read lots of books, which at the time were too complicated in my exhausted mind, eventually I got professional support, this was transformational for my family, this was when I made the decision to become a sleep coach.

I have several certifications in infant and child sleep, childhood development, neuroscience, attachment theory, supporting children's behaviour and am a Early Learning and Childcare Practitoner along with having studied birth preperation, postnatal family support, mental health and breastfeeding counselling with NCT, this results in a truly holistic and whole-family approach to support sleep.

Video: Starter

This works for you if you want to get started with good sleep habits for your baby and would appreciate the guidance of a sleep professional.

​You might be a parent of a baby who was a good sleeper but sleep has gone from good to bad and now you need help getting back on track.

– A personal, (phone/skype) 60 minute consultation
– A customised sleep plan for your child
– One week of follow-up support

Video: Classic

This works for you if you're a sleep deprived mama and you need help unravelling what is going on, You want a helping hand to coach you back to parenting confidence. You have read tonnes of books and tried various things which have not had any lasting impact, or the books you have read have completely confused and overwhelmed you!

Includes:
– An in-depth evaluation
– A personal, (in-person/skype) 90 minute consultation
– A customised sleep plan for your child
– Several weeks of follow-up support
– A bedtime toolkit
– A sleep resource library

(Price is £325 for in-person appointments outside the local area.)

In-Person: Classic

This works for you if you're a sleep deprived mama and you need help unravelling what is going on, You want a helping hand to coach you back to parenting confidence. You have read tonnes of books and tried various things which have not had any lasting impact, or the books you have read have completely confused and overwhelmed you!

Includes:
– An in-depth evaluation
– A personal, (in-person) 90 minute consultation
– A customised sleep plan for your child
– Several weeks of follow-up support
– A bedtime toolkit
– A sleep resource library

In-Home: Bedtime

This package includes in-home personal coaching for the bedtime routine and bedtime settling on night one (or the first few nights of your plan)

Includes:

-An in-depth evaluation
-A 30-minute pre-consultation (phone or skype call)
-In-home, real time coaching on night one of the plan at bedtime, I will arrive before the bedtime routine, coaching you through the changes and be with you for the entire bedtime on night one - the hardest part (3 hours)
-A tailored sleep plan
-Several weeks of follow-up support
-A sleep resource library

In-Home: Half Night

This package includes in-home personal coaching for bedtime and the first part of the night (6pm to 12 Midnight)

Includes:

-An in-depth evaluation
-A 30-minute pre-consultation (phone or skype call)
-In-home, real time coaching on night one of the plan for the first half of the night, I will arrive before the bedtime routine, coaching you through the changes and be with you for the entire half night on night one - the hardest part (6 hours)
-A tailored sleep plan
-Several weeks of follow-up support
-A sleep resource library

In-Home: Overnight

This package includes in-home personal coaching for bedtime and all nightwakings through to 6am

Includes:

-An in-depth evaluation
-A 30-minute pre-consultation (phone or skype call)
-In-home, real time coaching on night one of the plan at bedtime and for all nightwakings, I will arrive before the bedtime routine, coaching you through the changes and be with you for the entire night 6pm to 6am on night one - the hardest part (12 hours)
-A tailored sleep plan
-Several weeks of follow-up support
-A sleep resource library
