About me

My name is Naomi Francis and I am 37 years old. I am mummy to two beautiful daughters aged 4 and 7 months.

I have been working as a fitness professional since the age of 18, I always knew it was what I wanted to do and so set out to achieve it from the time I left school.
I have worked my way through the “fitness corporate ladder” starting from the bottom and working my way up to club manager. Along the way I have qualified as an Exercise to music Instructor, Pilates, Boxercise, Spin, Body Jam, Step, Holistic Massage Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist.

After having my second child I realised that I wanted to work more for myself and focus on what I enjoy which is working with women to help them achieve their goals! Whether this is to be slimmer, fitter, move better, be healthier or feel relaxed my aim is to guide women in the right direction. And so Revive Fitness & Wellbeing was born!

I became a Holistic Core Restore®️coach in 2017 because I had experienced weak pelvic floor issues. I had been out with my friend celebrating my birthday, we were on the tube going and I realised I needed the toilet. But I didn’t just have that beginning urge I needed to go RIGHT NOW!!! We got off the tube and basically ran to the nearest pub, typically the toilets were downstairs and at the back. When I got to the door the urge got worse and it was too much for my pelvic floor and I couldn’t hold it any longer!!!!!! For me that was the turning point!! Why am I putting up with this? Or rather why am I ignoring it?? It doesn’t go away unless you do something about it. So...I took the step not only for myself but so I could educate other women and show them that they can do something about it!!

This 1:1 programme works the same way as the small group classes except it will be in the comfort of you own home!

7 WEEKLY 1 HOUR SESSION (INCLUDES ONE 1 HOUR HANDS ON ASSESSMENT)

HCR®DIASTASIS C-SECTION PROGRAMME

Throughout the programme we use a combination of functional exercises, massage, nutrition and self care, creating a bespoke programme that will address all of the areas that you personally need to work on. We’ll have 4 one-to-one sessions over around 2-3 months.

The first session will last for 1.5 hours and include a deep pre-screening and assessment. You’ll also receive your education booklet and fitness kit, and you’ll also get your own BESPOKE homework video to be done in between sessions.

I am now 3 months in and although I have had a few stumbles and some hurdles to jump over I am proud to say that I have lost 28 pounds. That in itself is amazing but what’s even better than that is that my back pain has gone and I am far more mobile and fitter now. I am even planning to go back to netball which is a sport I love but I wasn’t fit enough to play. The weight loss and fitness alone is enough boxes ticked for me to say that having a personal trainer has changed my life but there is more...... Due to my weight loss my doctor has had to reduce my blood pressure medication. I am in this journey with Naomi for the long run and turning my life around for the better when I was truly stuck in a rut.
