Pilates class

I run a variety of clinical Pilates classes in a lovely studio in Hadleigh. These include specialist classes for pregnant and postnatal women. Classes are small (max 5 clients), and babies are welcome to attend (although no creche is provided, and your baby remains your responsibility throughout).
A one to one session (or Mummy MOT if postnatal) is needed before joining the class.
Classes are usually booked in blocks or 5 or 6 per term (£11 per session), or can be purchased as individual classes (£15 per session).

1 hour Pilates 1:1

A 1 hour pilates matwork one to one session. This is an individual assessment of you needs, and an opportunity to learn the basics of pilates (key elements) and some introductory exercises. This individual session is a requirement prior to joining a class.
Some clients prefer to continue with individual sessions rather than attending classes, and so this is also an option.

30 minutes Pilates 1:1

A 30 minute pilates matwork one to one session. This is an individual assessment of you needs, and an opportunity to learn the basics of pilates (key elements) and some introductory exercises. This individual session is a requirement prior to joining a class.
Some clients prefer to continue with individual sessions rather than attending classes, and so this is also an option.

Testimonials

  • Helen is a marvellous practitioner who combines real skill in what she does and warmth of character ensuring that her patients feel relaxed and comfortable. She has looked after me for around 2 years and during that time she has offered me masses of practical tips on how to manage my condition whilst always being available to offer help during crisis points. She has a great can do attitude and her positivity has helped me through the rough patches to a point where the condition is now being managed and I feel so much more in control. Pelvic pain is something of a taboo subject but Helen’s straightforward and charming manner ensures that I have always felt at ease and able to discuss anything with her, In short she is a marvel and I would recommend her to anyone who is currently suffering in silence.
