I have over 25 years’ experience in counselling and psychotherapy within the NHS and private settings. I have worked with a wide range of emotional difficulties.
You may wish to contact me if you experience difficulties such as with:
Bereavement and loss
Infertility, gamete donation
Life changes such as in the family structure or moving to a new country.
My approach is broadly psychodynamic offered to individuals aged 16 and over from a variety of social and cultural backgrounds. I work with individuals, couples and family members. I offer therapy in English and Hebrew.
I have experience in training and facilitating groups. I am a qualified and experienced clinical supervisor. My experience covers settings such as voluntary, educational, public and private health.
I offer a non-judgmental environment in which to think about your difficulties and together with you try to find better ways to manage them. Counselling and psychotherapy are processes that help people examine the issues that have led them to seek help. my aim is to listen to you and encourage you to talk about what is troubling you. I endeavour to help you understand your problems, explore options and assist you in reaching your own decisions about how to handle your concerns. Therapy is not providing the answers or tell you what to do. This process can take time and requires patience but many people find that it is beneficial to them.
