I am a qualified and BACP accredited counsellor with experience in long and short term counselling.
I take an integrative approach with my clients and my work embodies some Gestalt, Jungian and Psychoanalytic theories. I work very much with my clients to build a bridge between what has happened in their history, to how they would like their lives to be, while holding an awareness and working with where they are at this current moment.
I have previously worked as a volunteer counsellor for the Miscarriage Association for several years with experience of providing telephone counselling and support. I have also facilitated the London support group at Guy's Hospital.
I am originally from Burma and spent most of my life in Lancashire. I have been living in London for 18 years and have a background in media, broadcast and television.
